Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of the GiftMe website and mobile application. GiftMe is operated by Keystone Foundry Ltd (“GiftMe”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using GiftMe, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and take responsibility for activity on your account. You may not use GiftMe unlawfully, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, or upload content that infringes another person's rights.

Gift lists and connections

You control the gift ideas and profile information you add. Lists are shared with people you connect with or anyone who receives a valid share link. Gift reservations are provided as a coordination aid; GiftMe does not buy, sell, deliver or guarantee any listed product.

GiftMe Plus

Your first list is free. Creating additional lists requires an active GiftMe Plus subscription. Purchases made in the iOS app are billed and managed by Apple under your App Store account. Website subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through the provider before renewal. Deleting your GiftMe account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple or Stripe.

Third-party links

Lists may contain links to third-party shops. We do not control those sites or their products, prices, availability, delivery or returns. As an Amazon Associate, GiftMe earns from qualifying purchases.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep GiftMe reliable and secure, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis and may occasionally be interrupted. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of GiftMe or third-party services.

Ending your account

You can delete your account from the Account screen in the iOS app. This permanently removes your GiftMe account and associated content, subject to limited records we must retain for legal, security or accounting reasons.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the service or law changes. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Questions can be sent to benwaters@gmail.com.
